We wanted to let our members know that due to high peak reissue volume season and equipment maintenance challenges, we are still experiencing delays getting card replacements and reissued cards to our members.
Currently, no ETA has been provided by our third-party vendor as to when card production timeframes will normalize.
Members should expect delays in relation to the following circumstances:
- Replacement cards should be received within 15 to 20 days from the date ordered.
- Reissued cards for November will be mailed Sunday, November 20.
It's important to note that previously ordered cards cannot be expedited as an alternative option for addressing delays since this negatively impacts the production timelines and may cause further delays.
Also, there will be no delays to rushed or expedited card requests; however, a $20 fee will apply.
We consider this a priority and our processor has maximized output. We will continue to monitor the situation.
