Member One Donates $1,000 to Lynchburg Daily Bread
ShareMember One recently donated $1,000 to Lynchburg Daily Bread to help support its mission to provide a healthy and hot meal to the hungry in the community every day of the year.
The donation was a result of Member One’s quarterly Denim Days for Charities where employees donate a minimum of $5 in exchange for wearing jeans on a specific day.
“We are so grateful to Member One and its employees for their generous support,” said Tracey Dixon, Executive Director of Lynchburg Daily Bread. “This donation will help us purchase food and supplies that are critical to our operations.”
Member One’s Denim Days for Charities program gives employees the chance to give back to the community and support local organizations in Member One’s footprint.
“Our employees care about the communities they serve, and are always pleased to give generously to wonderful organizations such as Lynchburg Daily Bread,” said Andrea Milliron, Vice President of Business Development with Member One.
