Member One Employees Recognized for Volunteer Efforts
ShareTwo Member One Federal Credit Union employees were recently recognized for their volunteer work in the New River Valley community of Virginia. Deanna Dickerson, Mortgage Originator, and Daniel Haller, Christiansburg Market Manager, received 2019 Volunteer of the Year awards presented by the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce at an awards dinner on December 5, 2019.
Deanna and Daniel were selected for this prestigious award by Chamber employees and recognized for their contribution to the community. They attended nearly every Chamber event throughout the year, including ribbon cuttings, groundbreaking ceremonies, Business After Hours, Business@Lunch, and Eggs & Issues. In addition, they volunteered their time for the bocce ball and golf tournaments as well as the Trailblazer 5k.
Deanna served as a Chamber Ambassador for the past two years and will be leading as Chair of that program for a two-year term. Daniel is a 2019 graduate of the NRV Leadership program, and he also served on the Chamber’s Accelerating Sales Excellence program for 2019. Receiving these awards showcases the commitment that both Deanna and Daniel have for the community in which they serve.
