Member One to build retail center in Daleville Town Center

Share

Member One has announced its intention to open a new full-service retail center in Daleville within Botetourt County, just north of Roanoke, Virginia in mid-2019.

The stand-alone retail center will be constructed in Daleville Town Center, a mixed-use development made up of businesses, shops, restaurants, and residential homes. Design of the building will be completed by Interactive Design Group of Roanoke, the architectural firm responsible for the design of a number of Member One’s retail centers, including the soon-to-be-constructed center in South Roanoke.

Frank Carter, President and Chief Executive Officer of Member One, sees the future opening of the new retail center, the credit union’s 15th location, as a significant step forward in serving residents and businesses in this thriving area.

“We have been looking to open a new location in Botetourt for some time now,” stated Carter. “We have a significant number of members in the county, so it makes sense for Member One to have a presence in such a growing and dynamic center. We have been waiting for the appropriate site to become available, and we consider Daleville Town Center to be the absolute perfect location.”

According to Jean Hopstetter, Executive Vice President of Member One, the new retail center will answer the need for a presence in Botetourt County. “We always want to provide service where it is most convenient for our members,” said Hopstetter. “This will be the ideal location for local consumers and businesses, as well as for those who commute to Roanoke.”
