**To qualify for our Courtesy Pay program, you must be at least 18 years of age; your checking account must be opened for 60 days and your account in good standing, which includes: Bringing your account to a positive balance within a 30-day period for a minimum period of 24 hours, no delinquencies, charge-offs, or legal orders against your Member One account(s), and no return mail, dormant, or inactive status on your Member One account. We will not authorize and pay overdrafts for the following types of transactions unless you opt-in to Courtesy Pay Plus (CPP): ATM withdrawals and everyday debit card transactions (such as one-time debit card and ATM card purchases). A Courtesy Pay fee may be assessed each time Courtesy Pay is used to pay an overdraft. A Non-sufficient Funds (NSF) fee of $35 will be assessed for any returned (unpaid) item or overdrawn status. The breakdown of Courtesy Pay fees is as follows: For an overdraft amount of $0.00 to $4.99 there will be a $0.00 fee assessed to the checking account. For an overdraft amount of $5.00 to $9.99, there will be a $5.00 fee assessed to the checking account. For an overdraft amount of $10 or greater, there will be a $35 fee assessed to the checking account. Any overdrawn amount must be paid back within 30 days. If the checking share remains negative more than 30 days, the Courtesy Pay privilege will be revoked for future use. Also, online banking, telephone banking and debit card availability will be cut off. If the checking share remains negative beyond 45 days, the checking share will become charged-off. These are not the only circumstances under which Courtesy Pay may be terminated, and Member One FCU reserves the right to revoke privileges, permanently or temporarily, at any time and to deny the payment of any transactions without prior notification. When a checking share has been brought positive from a negative state, the member must wait 24 hours before again using the Courtesy Pay.
